We are a Bulgarian company Run by 2 brothers Jivko and Mitko who have a vast wealth of knowledge within the building trade and set up in partnership back in the year 2000

Nove building and remodelling has been carrying out building work in Bulgaria since the year 2000 and in 2004 renovated their first property for an English overseas buyer the success of this project and the extra work that it generated by word of mouth along with the advantage of being able to converse with their clients in English Nove building and remodelling has since concerntrated on providing a friendly efficient service to the Uk and European market.

Mitko- Project Manager (responsible for project design)

As well as his building experience Mitko has a Technical background and is an experienced diver, his hobbies include painting and Sculpture.

Jivko- Technical team leader

Jivko attended language school in Bourgas prior to attending Military school in Shumen where he trained in Electrical,radio and TV technics.When not at work Jivko likes to spend time with his young family.
